Xtend-Life Middle East & Africa (MEA), our orders are dispatched within 1 business day of the order being processed. We offer shipping options to cater for the different regions. Below is all the information you need to know on our shipping options.

  • We ship Int. Priority Air Mail via FEDEX courier. If your country is not listed on the tables below, please contact us for specific shipping information on your country.
* If your orders are entering the UAE, possible new custom charges may apply, or in many other regional countries, VAT and other import fees will apply, based on the type of product.
  • We are introducing a new shipping option with reduced shipping rates per 100g option for the MEA region, now you can choose to checkout and ship via ARAMEX SHOP&SHIP FLEX Service.

Import & custom duties 

  • If your orders are entering the UAE, possible new custom charges may apply, or in many other regional countries, VAT and other import fees will apply, based on the type of product.
  • These charges are separate from the Xtend-Life shipping charge and we have no control or influence on these charges and their application and payment of these charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.
  • Please refer to your local Customs Office for more details on any import taxes or any potential additional charges that you may incur.

Tracking your order

We offer Track and Trace shipping service to the Middle East and Africa via FEDEX courier delivery. enabling you to monitor your parcel every step of the way, your tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email and you can start tracking your order approximately within a few hours after it has been dispatched.

If you choose SHOP & SHIP as your shipping method, through (S&S) FLEX APP or Web, you will be able to track and monitor your packages/parcels, calculate your rates in advance, and choose your shipping cost payment methods whether COD or via credit card. 

Order confirmation emails

As soon as you confirm your order an automated confirmation email will be sent. This allows you to check the accuracy of your order and shipping address and for tracked items it will display your tracking number. If you don’t receive this email soon after placing the order, please check your junk mail folder. If for some reason you are unable to locate this email please contact our Customer Care team.

Declaration of value and contents

We declare the full value of your order on the shipping declaration label and documents. We label the contents as "Dietary Supplements" and/or "Cosmetics".

Import restrictions

Each country has different regulations about buying products from other countries. You are responsible to ensure that buying nutritional supplements from New Zealand is allowed. In regard to the Xtend-Life Skincare range, we are able to distribute this worldwide. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Care team.

If the customs office in your country returns your order to us - either because you did not have permission to import such supplements or because such supplements are banned, we will refund your credit card as per our refund policy.

Missing orders

There is no risk to you! If your order has not arrived within the expected shipping time, please notify our Customer Care team. We will replace any lost order free of charge.

In most cases the replacement can be shipped after 15 business days. However, in the case of some countries, or during holiday periods we may need to allow another week or so for delivery of the original order.
