Although our Head Office and production facilities are based in New Zealand, you can reach us from anywhere in the world. If you live in the Middle East or Africa you can call us using our toll-free numbers that are linked directly to our Head Office. If you are living in MEA Region where we don’t have toll-free numbers, contact our customer service via email
Middle East and Africa office hours are based on Dubai +4 GMT, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday, offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Store Hours
Whether you are a Christchurch local, or visiting from overseas, you are welcome to stop by our shop and purchase our products on-site or have a look around. Factory tours are available by appointment. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to make a booking.
Our hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday New Zealand time. The only exception to this is local New Zealand public holidays
Please note that for in-store sales, we take EFTPOS and credit cards. We do not accept cash.
